After my visit to Durban I must say I was VERY DISSAPOINTED with the way we were welcome at the HOLIDAY INN hotel at Umhlanga. Apparently, NOBODY received our email of special requirments. So I want to understand WHY DID YOU GUYS ASK US TO SEND those requirements if no one gave a damn?
