Promptness of responses, willingness to change price when I was able to find a price 10% lower than the first quoted price.
But why did you quote a price that was 10% higher in the first place? The implication is that the buyer should investigate further to ensure that s/he has found the best price. Rather, yours should be a one-stop shop.
