Unfortunately even after making FULL. PAYMENT on arrival at the Oyster Box Hotel our names were omitted from their list. We spent over an hour and a half waiting for them to find some receipt or letter from yourselves acknowledging our booking !
Very embarrassing at a hotel of this standard !
They in turn were extremely kind and generous in receiving us.
Our room was beautiful and there after our stay could not have been better.
