I would like to highlight the fact that I was disappointed with having to pay a 10% penalty for cancelling a booking on the same day that it was confirmed by yourselves. The transaction took literally 3 working days and cost me R200 for nothing. That is not what I call service. I travel often to Durban to visit family and prefer booking in online. I will not make this mistake again and I have warned my friends against this service.
