Booking via the internet was quick and easy. After sending through my payment details, I received an e-mail the following day saying that my reservation was cancelled due to non-payment. I phoned and the lady was very helpful and quickly sorted that out. However, when we got to the hotel, they didn't know anything about my booking. Luckily I took along the e-mail copies of my booking and confirmation. The receptionist had to sort that out and made a copy of my e-mail confirmation. In the end we enjoyed our stay at the hotel but in future I will rather do the booking myself.
