Booking process went smooth and payment flawless. We got always a payment confirmation.
After making a downpayment we received a mail requesting special info concerning expected time of arrival, special wishes, .... Very attentfull.
Only small suggestion for improvement is to add communication after booking is complete. We do not know if (and when) we will receive a voucher.
