The agency did not explain that I was communicating with an agency. We thought we werre talking directly to the hotel. In certan moments the personel were note kind and some even were rude. They put lot of pressure for customers to pay full amount for the rooms and took very long to pay to the hotel. The hotel then asked payment in full again. We lost money, time and get very stressed during this process
