I was very unhappy with the service I received, I wanted to book a family room at Glenburn lodge and I specified in my initial request that I required a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Once I received the quote, I called to double check that I was being quoted for a family room and this was confirmed. I made payment thinking all was in order. It was only when I called to change the date for my booking that I was told that I would have to pay an additional amount to cater for the kids. Needless to say that I was extremely annoyed and asked that my booking be cancelled. I have since sent my bank acc details for the refund but have not got any response.
