I have been staying at City Lodge ORT several times over the past 6 years while working in Lesotho. Somehow this time when I went to make the reservation it did not go direct to City Lodge but to you. I found your system burdensome and costly. In the interest of good customer service it should be clear that you are just a travel agent and charge a commission.
I will avoid this route in the future.
