Received a prompt reply following initial booking to inform me that South African Hotels would be back in contact as/when booking with the hotel was confirmed - which they did.
As I was booking from the UK, booking/payment process probably took a little long than would normally be expected as I had to wait for system to confirm payment received as I had made the initial booking late Friday evening.
Hotel booking and payment now confirmed, room rate was very competitive. Would use company again if/when booking accommodation in South Africa.
