Firstly I must state I was a bit wary using an 'unknown' online booking website for the first time and more so since, from my side, the decision to take a break was taken at the very last moment and in the middle of the week prior to our planned departure. Right from my first inquiry there was clear email communication and even a few phone calls where required. On arrival in Durban, at the start of the trip, we found everything in place and from there till the end we never had anything to complain about as far as the booking arrangements were concerned. Everything was ready and in place – we only had to produce identification. We visited Mkuze Falls (suggested by South African-hotels) and Nambiti Hills and the whole trip was a memorable experience.
