First I had made reservations for Kapama and we had trouble with the credit card.
I contacted the bank and spoke to Lizelle and she got the problem solved.
Later, I had to book 3 additional rooms at Kapama and 4 rooms at Spier hotel and there was trouble with all credit cards, but Lizelle was really helpful, she talked to the accounting area and instructed them on how to proceed to get it solved.
We had to speak several times and she was always corteous and supportive.
Overall, it would be great to understand why there were problems with the credit cards from Brazil to improve the whole process in the future but we got everything solved because Lizelle was so helpful!
