Being the first time to stay over in your hotel was a great experience. The personal were very helpful and supportive. So were the staff in the restaurant and pub.
Just a suggestion - maybe you can consider a small refrigerator in the rooms to cater also for people suffering from diabetes for keeping the insulin cool.
I will surely in future again make use of your accommodation.
