After calling the hotel directly and been told they have no rooms available, I then called South. Africa hotels and I received the most friendly, efficient, and clear communications for the same hotel. I was offered a choice, was fully informed and they made it easy to confirm a booking. A great experience that I wish to repeat aoon!
