Always polite and helpful, but on two occasions I ordered a lens and in each case theitem had serious defects. To your credit, the faults were detected before despatch and money was immediately refunded. I realise you have many items to sort, but a quick check for fungus or a faulty shutter (in the latter case built into the lens) shouldn't take too long. I accept, of course, that some problems, like fungus, may not be apparent immediately, but only emerge during storage, but for two items to be found faulty doesn't loook good. Having said that, my son has just bought a camera fro you, which, so far, seems fine.
