The lady who helped me over the telephone ,and subsequently wrappep up my purchase, was extremely efficient and friendly, I wish other firms would remember that customers are only humans and cannot be treated in some cases by communicating only via modern means i.e. by e-mails and the internet , long live the polite and courteous telephone manner.
