Hygienist appointment (pls note, review based on new system not Harriet’s work)- Was told upon booking I would require a longer appointment due to treatment being manual. However, this didn’t manifest as the work was completed in the same time as a short appointment I usually have. I raised this with the Hygienist who said she understood my perspective but the extra time was needed to clean in between patients. It feels like I am being penalised for looking after my teeth and therefore not having to lots of work to do but paying a higher fee for it. I am considering looking for a new practice which is a shame after many years.
