For the first time ever, in nearly 20 years, they made a mistake with my booking and when I turned up for my appointment my normal dentist was busy with another patient and was fully booked for the rest of the day. However, they fitted me in with another dentist who was excellent, very thorough and caring. So totally satisfied.
