I was nervous beforehand but Harriet put me totally at ease. She was so friendly and had a really gentle technique. I've seen hygenists before and always found it really uncomfortable but the whole appointment was pain free. I'll definitly be keeping up with my 6 monthly appointments which is something I've been reluctant to do in the past.
