Once again, although seeing a different dentist, my nervousness was acknowledged and handled sensitively. I had my options fully explained and, when an extraction was agreed, was told everything that would happen during and after. I can honestly say I felt nothing, no pain at all! And the dentist (Dr Sarah Francis) and the nurse (sorry, I can’t remember her name) were lovely. Friendly and professional.
