I exhausted myself hurrying up the hill to the dentists', (I am 83), but I was encouraged to sit down in the waiting room, and my appointment was put back 10 minutes. I asked the receptionist to get me a taxi home, and she kindly enquired if I had cash with me for the fare. I guess if I did not she would have helped me out from petty cash! The dentist explained everything to me and was friendly and helpful. Very satisfied.
