They appreciate their customers and even bother to write a thank you and good wishes on the box of their goodies, which brings a smile to my face each time I see it. They have a lovely customer orientated approach that is becoming rare in companies these days. Also, the fact their products have no added sugar, are still tasty while packed with nutrition is a winner for us.
