Their product is exceptional but it is their customer service that sets them apart from other companies. Each order is personalized with a greeting, follow up is instant and any issues are dealt with as they arise, no waiting 24 hours or longer for a response. Their emails are very informant, not too constant and always entertaining. I feel like I am dealing with friends !!! which is really unusual in the online world
