I've been on a wheat free diet since march. I'm a mum of two young children and I work full time so I have really struggled with eating healthily and having a bit of variety. Since my order arrived I've been able to bake bread ( super easy!) and have healthy treats!
The bread is not of the shop bought gluten free variety, it's tasty and filling.
