Spent over 50 euro to allow free shipping recently, but when I applied my discount code I was charged for the shipping even though the value of the goods was over 50 euro. Which negated the discount code. Most other online services would not have charged as the value of goods was reached. I asked Dave about this and he was very good in giving me another product to offset the cost. I know this may be an automatic transaction but it may be something to think about for future. The products received once again are top notch. I just think shipping from different companies and the costs vary and wonder at times could they be better explained - Yes weight is also a factor.
