a frlend of mine gave me some overnite oats to try and after eating them I just had to order some of my own. I received a confirmation email and then realised I had ordered the wrong flavour! I emailed and received a reply very quickly saying No problem they would change it for me. Have received them now and yes I now have the right oats.
