I was confused about which extension I needed for my pole, I ended up purchasing the wrong item. I rang the number provided and immediately got through-no waiting hours on hold or choosing options and such. The girl on the phone explained the one I needed and she gave me a store credit for my purchase. She was very helpful and the issue was resolved with such ease, 10/10 service
