Before using any broker the first thing I look out for other than the regulations and security is the customer service team. I look out for how fast they respond and how swift they are in solving issues. Initially when I texted XM customer team I wasn’t getting the response I wanted and I already built a negative image in my head but later, in my 2nd encounter with them, I got a detailed and clarifying message from them that answered my inquiry and I felt better to try the broker out.
