I enjoy following its XM live sessions. Each day, the focus is on a different subject, and it is an excellent way to stay updated with the schedule of the day or even for the week. I have always had it played in the background, sometimes I watch carefully, and sometimes just listen while analyzing the charts.
It has become a nice companion for me.
