I feel like the company like XM can allow themselves to keep the spreads even lower and still have good revenue. Their base of customers is super wide, therefore I guess even %10 decrease in spreads can make a favourable conditions for customers. This is just an advice, I still like trading here LOL. Just wanna see my favourite broker imporove even more.
