seems like almost everyone is on ultra low accounts, I'm feeling left out. I'm on standard, doesn't seem like anything is bad. Sure spreads are maybe x2 but they are still small, so if you are not scalping, I don't see a problem with it. Btw, the withdrawal time is 1 hour for every method, always (except maybe for night time, I didn't try it out). So don't expect it very fast, but at least its reliable. Never had to request it two times.
