Absolutely the worse customer service ever. This time, my order has been stuck for almost a week at a location that is approx. 45 minutes from where I live. I have messaged for support after contacting FedEx TWICE and I am not receiving any reply. I messaged before they were even open and SURPRISE 4 hours after opening they still have not replied. And I messaged them again, after opening. FedEx is requiring additional information FROM THE SHIPPER which is why they have held my order for this long. Customer service will not reply nor take any action. I have been a customer for a very long time and normally receive my orders within 2-4 days. I live on the West Coast and have even had my order shipped from the EAST. Edibles. Nothing special. Don't partake of the herb at work, people. Do your job first.
