Only use them as a last resort Besides them being the most expensive to buy from, their service & setting expectations is terrible. Pre-ordered a newly released product on 23rd September and they gave expectation it would be shipped in 10-15 days. It is now 20th October and still hasn't been shipped and their customer service said it would be shipped sometime this week and that they were a "direct supplier" so i should receive before anyone else. So even now they still lie. Funny thing is other people had already received the product 2-3 days before from other vendors (that are not "direct suppliers". Stay away and look for an alternative.
