As anothe review mentioned. Avoid them. I too pre ordered a new product from them on the 23rd September 22. Only place listing the product, 25th October and still not received and the product has been out for a week now (if it longer)
Terrible service and communication. More expensive than others too. Won't be buying anything from them again.
