I honestly want to compliment the education here but from the other way around. I saw some great opportunities and rewards for experts who want to educate in XS, and this is a really nice approach. By rewarding experts, XS emphasizes that they care about education.
But, for this to work on a LONG-TERM scale, this is not enough. The company needs a whole academy with some plans of education if they want to monetize the teachings of experts properly, or to provide free education, either way, the education has to be greatly improved.
