Despite my best efforts, including switching accounts and engaging in conversations with their representatives and account managers (who turned out to be fake), All I received were empty promises and demands for additional payments. It was an incredibly frustrating situation that left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. I couldn’t get through the for weeks and when they eventually answered they lied about the payments , I sent my complaint to GREY FOOTS COM and initiated my repatriation process.
