Lovely gift ideas for pet lovers. The delivery of the item was reasonable, especially before Christmas and during a pandemic. Communication-wise there is some room for improvement, I only knew my item was dispatched because I checked it in my account. Other companies send updates, which is better customer experience.
The clock I ordered looks cute, but the quality is poor. The hour and minute hands keep blocking each other, so unless we keep adjusting them, the clock can’t be used to keep time.
