Since stumbling across Yappy just before Christmas I've become a bit of an addict! The range and quality of the items on offer is great, and it's lovely that they can be customised not only by name but by breed too. As I have to buy for two "nephews" I find it a tad fiddly to swap between their shops, but I'm getting the hang of it! I did have a query on one of my orders and the Live Chat lady (sorry - I can't remember her name) was lovely - very friendly and answered my query promptly. One tiny little moan - I left a review and took the opportunity to add some pictures (or thought I did), but they didn't appear along with my glowing report? Hmmm.... Not worth docking a star for though!
