Ordered a card with a dog that looked like our dog, chose the colour correctly (and double checked this) and checked out. Not only did it arrive weeks after the date I needed it for, it was the wrong dog. A complete waste of time and money. I thought I'd take a risk with a business I wasn't familiar wish but won't be doing that for a while.
