The personalized book we received was great and my grandchildren loved it. My only issue is that the pictures have such tiny details, I had to buy magnifying glasses to help them find our dog. Even the adults got in on the act!
The wrapping paper I ordered didn't arrive and I had to contact customer services. I received the replacement quickly.
