The product range is great and reasonably priced, however it wasn’t clear on website and so have ended up creating a folder for a dog that isn’t mine. Also product purchased was for a gift and so disappointing no opportunity to send message with gift and no contact number for queries. Had to wait much longer for response than advised on website. Not used site before and so was concerned but no need to Be as was kept informed of delivery status throughout which was good.
