Really nice idea, but I was disappointed with the tote bag. For £28 it was small and flimsy with flimsy thin straps. It didn't compare by half with a £12.50 tote bag I bought in a boutique, which is bigger, thicker and robust with rope straps. I understand the customising comes at a cost and factored that in to my expectation, but I was really underwhelmed by the quality of the product itself.
