The website, service, product and delivery were all exceptional.
The volume of marketing emails since purchasing is excessive, and still appear to be being sent even after opting out of the mailer after being inundated.
I would absolutely use Yappy again, but the unnecessary amount of marketing emails is off putting against an otherwise brilliant product
