Sadly our order took much longer to be delivered than was advised; despite enquiring as to where our order was we didn’t receive any update to both the chat or an email.
One of our items was faulty which was returned. I had to specifically request a refund only to be told as it was a personalised item they don’t offer refunds despite the item being faulty.
