Great online shop … I love that they personalise the name of your pet on everything & the delivery is fast! My one reason for not giving 5* is because I purchased a cushion for Violet & she loved having her own space. But the material wasn’t good & I sadly had to dump it after 10 months of use! The same material was used for food mats on the floor & I couldn’t clean them & dumped them after a short time of a couple of months. So I told the owners & they do not use that material anymore - that is an excellent reaction & proves the couple want to get their business RIGHT 100% & I think they’re doing an excellent job so far!
