Fantastic choice of personalised items. Three items ordered, two arrived promptly, the third item a T-shirt took a few weeks and as it was for a Birthday I had to contact Yappy and was advised the clothing items were taking longer than usual, but was given a refund of my postage as a gesture of goodwill and the T-shirt arrived in time for the Birthday.
