I love the site and its products, but I was let down hugely on delivery.
I ordered a cushion, a notebook and a Christmas card. The cushion arrived no problem via courier, however the notebook and card, sent by Royal Mail, never arrived.
The card was refunded and the notebook resent, but again never arrived and I was then refunded on the notebook too.
We didn’t come to any conclusion as to why delivery didn’t occur.
A real shame, as the site and products are great, but this puts me off ordering again.
