I ordered three items from Yappy. Whilst I was very happy with the quality and speed of the first item I received, the second parcel has still not been delivered. I ordered at the beginning of December. I received an email saying that it was on its way to the courier depot and since then have heard nothing and have been unable to get in touch with anyone to ask for a refund. Sorry to say I won’t be using Yappy again.
