The mug had a line printed across it but more importantly the bottom has fallen off. The mug fell apart without being dropped. This is totally unacceptable. This issue was immediately followed up following this review and a new mug sent. I’m still concerned about the quality of the mug and whether it will break in the same way but the customer service in relation to this was great.
