Very nice products and especially so for presents, which can be customised. However, I do think that the products are quite expensive, as the two mugs I bought weren't even bone china. You also need to make sure you leave enough time before ordering, if they're a gift, as they took around 10 days to arrive. They were nicely packaged though, so as not to break in transit.
